Director of New Business Development

We are a rapidly growing company with 50 customers in search of a dynamic “rising star” sales leader to spearhead new business development!
Responsibilities:
- Solely focused on signing new customers to annual SaaS subscriptions
- Team with Marketing Director to foster and follow-up with lead generation
- Manage sales pipeline on a weekly basis to ensure revenue numbers are met
- Provide weekly sales forecast to Benjamin management team
- Responsible to hire and lead US based regional sales representatives
Minimum Requirements:
- Min 5 years B2B SaaS sales experience
- Preferred experience in financial services industry
- Hunter mentality
- 50% (domestic only) travel minimum
- Extremely strong oral and written communication skills
Compensation:
- Base Salary of $75K with total on-plan for $110K+
